The cost effective reduction of energy demand through recovering waste heat has always been the goal of many process industries.

Heat Recovery
Being able to convert the waste heat into steam allows our engineers to distribute the energy at lower costs utilising smaller-bore steam pipes, or inject the steam back into the site’s existing thermal distribution network, thus saving all distribution costs.

Smart Power Generation
Small scale combined heat and power is well recognised as a sustainable solution to CHP generation at an industrial facility. Electrical energy is generated by a reciprocating gas engine (similar to a diesel generator however the engine is powered by natural gas or biogas).

Water and Waste Water Treatment
ProBoost energy recovery technology enables thermal water treatment solutions with 1/40th of the running costs of conventional thermal solutions.

Process Systems
Many industries utilise evaporators and driers to concentrate or increase the percentage solids of a product. Single effect evaporators or traditional driers utilise heat to evaporate the liquid from the product and loose the latent heat from evaporation into the exhaust system. These systems utilise high energy however have low capital costs and in many instances are essential for product quality.

Steam boosting and storage
Steam accumulators are used where steam demand is erratic causing either operational or performance issues, such has starving other steam users, erratic boiler firing, or energy wastage through continuous-load waste heat boilers.
