Who we are
Nthalpy is an independent company founded in partnership by innovative development engineers, Dynamic Boosting Systems Ltd (DBS), and leading industrial utilities engineers, Projective Ltd. The company was established in 2017 as an organisation dedicated to solving industry’s heat recovery engineering challenges to reduce the financial and environmental costs of industrial manufacturing worldwide.
Our technology
Nthalpy is developing its range of steam boosters and high-temperature heat pumps, designed to optimise performance and reduce the operating costs of thermal industrial processes. With exclusive use of DBS’s TurboClaw® gas compressor technology, Nthalpy aims to provide cost effective solutions based upon the principles of mechanical re-compression (MVR) and high-temperature refrigerant heat pumps, enabling the recovery of heat from as low as 60°C for its re-use up to 200°C and beyond.
Applications
Listed on the site are some of the more typical industrial applications for our heat recovery technologies, ranging from simple process-steam boosting, to high-efficiency evaporators and steam-only CHP systems. But at Nthalpy we recognise that each industry has its own challenges and its own needs, which is why it is Nthalpy’s mission to provide the customer with a complete heat-recovery solution, from initial consultation, business case development and concept engineering, through to detailed design, installation and commissioning.
